Fonseca's Cleaning Services Response to COVID-19

To Our Valued Clients,

As our communities continue to feel the increased impact of Coronavirus, we feel it is important to share with you what we are doing to help keep people safe and healthy. Please be assured we have protocols in place and are constantly checking updates from the CDC and local public health officials.

At Fonseca’s Cleaning Services, we strive to take great care of the people in communities in which we serve, from our residential and commercial clients to our cleaning techs and their families.

As part of our protocols, our cleaners have heightened their cleaning and disinfecting procedures to maintain a healthy environment for our clients and their family/friends. We’ve instructed anyone who is not feeling well to stay home out of an abundance of caution and self-monitor their symptoms.

In addition to following CDC guidance and the EPA for approved antibacterial disinfectants, all supervisors and cleaners have been equipped with N95 breathing masks, disposable gloves, and disposable shoe covers that will be discarded after each house/office. We are making sure that all equipment is thoroughly disinfected after each house and used cleaning rags are placed in a sealed bag to avoid contamination of other supplies.

As the situation evolves, we may implement additional preventative measures to ensure Clients and Cleaner’s well being, including staffing or service modifications. We will communicate necessary changes within a timely manner.

In addition, actions we have taken over the past years have helped us prepare for scenarios like this and throughout this process, we have been continuously refining and implementing new procedures, from health and hygiene to cleaning and sanitation.

Thank you in advance for your patience as we navigate this challenging situation one day at a time and determine how best to continue serving our communities, while maintaining our focus where it belongs: on our Valued Clients and Cleaning Team Members.

Sincerely,

Rodrigo Martinez,

General Manager
